For schools and SEND settings

See what is sticking, and who needs a conversation.

Built for secondary teachers, SENCos, pastoral leads, teaching assistants and tutors supporting pupils in Years 7–11 — in mainstream schools, resourced provisions and specialist settings.

What staff see

Who needs you this week

Pupils who have stopped practising, are stuck on one topic, or asked for a follow-up. Each one is found by a plain rule, and the reason is shown beside the name — nothing is scored by a model.

Set work without the admin

Point a class at a topic and it appears on every pupil’s home screen. It ticks itself off when they have practised it: nothing is handed in and nothing needs marking. One page shows who has done it, who has had a go and who has not started.

One pupil in depth

A curriculum map across every subject, how firmly each topic is held in memory, and an evidence statement per topic phrased the way an EHCP outcome is written.

Mock exams with the arrangements recorded

Timed or untimed, with an evidence sheet that logs the access arrangements a pupil actually used.

Every topic carries three references

384 topics across 15 subjects, each recorded against the National Curriculum or statutory guidance it was written for, an Entry Level or Functional Skills equivalent, and a SEND descriptor — so progress can be reported in the language your reviews already use.

Interface menus are available in English, Polish, Romanian, Urdu and Arabic. Curriculum content stays in English, because that is the language of the exam.

How a topic is recorded

National Curriculum
The programme-of-study statement the topic teaches.
Entry Level equivalent
The Functional Skills or Entry Level standard it also evidences.
SEND descriptor
A “can do” statement in the wording of an EHCP outcome.

The rules it is built on

  • A suggested follow-up is always a draft. A member of staff edits it and approves it; approving records a decision and sends nothing.
  • Anything that looks like a safeguarding matter is never worded automatically. It goes straight to a person.
  • “Secure” means still right days later, not right once. Working-at descriptors are school-level evidence, never exam-board grades.
  • Staff see only the pupils they are responsible for. Parents and carers see only their own child. The database enforces this, not the screen.
